To book your appointment for Drop Ins only - please send a meeting request using your calendar to info@michfitcoaching.com , please keep training to 1.5 hours or less and be mindful of those schedule before or after you.

In the subject please use the format: "LAST NAME" "DROP IN" "VISIT X/X"

Example: "MICHKOVITS DROP IN 1/10" or "MICHKOVITS DROP IN 1 of 10"

Fill out both Liability Waiver and COVID Waiver

You should receive an email confirmation letting you know that your time slot is secured. If/when your time slot is confirmed prior to your first visit you will receive an email with onboarding info. Please contact me if you have not received the document prior to your first visit OR if you are booking less than 24 hours out!

If you are interested in a personal training class please email info@michfitcoaching.com with the type of class you are interested in and you should receiving a response within 24 hours.
