I specialize in 70.3 and 140.6 distance but am happy to work with sprint and olympic athletes as well!

All my plans include 1-2 days of strength training and are based off of HR/Power Zones.


Training Plan Only - $150

Monthly Training Plan : Bi Monthly Check Ins and email access - $100/Month

Week to Week Training Plan : Weekly Check Ins and unlimited email/text access -$199/Month
